How to zip files
PC
Select the file(s) you want to compress into a zip file by holding down the control key.
Right-click on the files you've selected and select Send to then pick Compressed (zipped) folder.
Rename the file to reflect its contents.
MAC
Select the file(s) you want to compress into a zip file by holding down the command key to select multiple files.
Right-click on the files you've selected and select Compress Items. A new file will appear named Archive.zip.
Rename the file to reflect its contents.
